What is a 360-degree feedback survey?

A 360-degree feedback survey collects anonymous feedback from multiple perspectives — typically the leader being assessed (self), their manager, peers, and direct reports. Most Launch 360 surveys include 30-50 questions across 6-8 leadership competencies. However, you can customize the length based on your needs — shorter surveys for pulse checks, longer surveys for comprehensive development programs.

How quickly are reports generated?

Reports are generated instantly when the assessment closes. There is no manual compilation or waiting period. You can download the report as a clean PDF or share secure links immediately.

An Administrator, you have complete control over sharing. You can share reports via a secure link directly on the platform or download them as PDFs to present or email to the leader being assessed, along with custom coaching notes.
Yes. With our Pro and Enterprise plans, you get access to aggregate reporting which allows you to analyze leadership trends at the team, department, or organization level. You can also export raw survey data in CSV formats for custom analysis.
What's included in each plan?

All plans include full platform features: survey creation, survey library access, rater management, and instant PDF reporting. Basic plan provides core functionality; Pro includes unlimited use of the strengths-based Personal Impact Survey, higher survey volumes, and more admin seats; Enterprise unlocks aggregate reporting, custom integrations, and SLA guarantees.

Yes, plan adjustments are flexible. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Unused survey credits remain saved in your account.
Unused surveys never expire. They remain in your account until you need to use them- even if you change or temporily cancel your subscription plan.
