Nicole Nadeau brings over 27 years of executive HR and leadership development experience. She has held senior HR leadership roles at Health leadership roles at Fidelity Investments and other global organizations, where she designed and implemented leadership assessment programs for hundreds of leaders.
As an executive coach and leadership consultant, Nicole saw the gap between what organizations needed — simple, accessible 360 feedback — and what legacy providers offered. She founded Launch 360 to democratize leadership insight, making it available to any organization, regardless of budget or internal expertise.
